Isabgol is a good remedy that has been used as a laxative since ages to relieve constipation.


Psyllium may also help lower cholesterol when used together with a diet low in cholesterol and saturated fat.


Usage and Directions : SWASTIK SAT ISABGOL 10 gms for Adults and 5 gms for children with milk ,Syrup , Curd or Water. An additional glass of water is more Beneficial.


Ask a doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.


Do not give psyllium to a child younger than 6 years old without medical advice.
